I have finaly finish the head. After 25h of work and depression, i have found the way to make my best and try to approch of the picture.
there are differences between picture and sculpture on facial expres​sion(eyes particulary) to give him more charisma.
The head has been heaten in the Oven.
Before i have made a little hair effect on head but not so strong. I will see with undercoat painting if this is good or not.
See below the final result. There are always some little details to modify but the general form was made. I'm happy for the result (not perfect but very good i hope )





Now i will let the head apart and i will start to think about the body. I come back to head in some days/week to have a new vision and to change my work with body.
I will follow this model for the structure at first



But for the moment i have not decided if i will make it with museum pose or dynamic pose ?
I will think about it this next days and i will show you my decision

Not bad at all. There is some little details to do, but it's worth the made efforts.
The symmetry is there.

Yes i will start body asap. I have choose yesterday evening during my play time how to make it.
I will show you the position with my reference model (hot toys body).

Wow ! It's amazing to see that all your "remodeling" efforts paid ! The face is lot better like this so far !
He He let's see the body now, I'm very curious now to see the pose you will sculpt !

I have put a white layer on head to see detail and that i will do for make it better.
With this picture we can see better the hair detail. I think it's good enough because it more humain that tiger.

The head looks great ! Take your time to refine it again, add some tiny details one by one

The armature looks ok but I would double the armature for the legs, stronger is better !

Now, you'll start the cool part, the body

I have find time to work on my personal project

I have add some Aves on Head to make it better. There are always some things to do. I make it slowly.



I have finally choose the position of my character and i have made the structure



I will start to put Sculptey now.

The skeleton looks very strong ! The face is better and better !
Is it a "victory" pose or will you had him a weapon ?
